This wonderful property offers top quality comfort and privacy, yet is located close to all of Ibiza's hot spots. In less than 5 minutes drive you are in Ibiza town or at Playa d'en Bossa beach. To Salinas beach and Cala Jondal, it’s a 10 minute drive. Can Dimas is surrounded by landscaped gardens, flowerbeds, and palm trees. There’s fabulous day beds and comfy lounging areas with a table tennis table and trampoline for the kids. The outdoor dining table and shaded chill out area are where most guest spend their time.

The centrepiece of this villa is certainly the spacious, kidney shaped pool. You may never want to leave the property once you have secured yourself a place next to the pool! The whole property is secured by an electric gate and an alarm system. Can Dimas offers five large bedrooms. Four are in the main house, along with a private apartment with full private bathroom offering separate access, perfect for staff or grown-up children. Every area of the house (inc. apartment) is fully air conditioned.

The main villa features 2 x upstairs bedrooms & 2 x downstairs, three have their own private bathrooms, the fourth one has the bathroom next to it, so it can also be accessed from the living area. From the two bedrooms on the upper floor, you get nice coastal views and can enjoy privacy on your own terrace in front of the bedrooms.

The windows have secure electric shutters, and the spacious, comfortable kitchen offers great storage and appliances allowing you to prepare all types of meals. There are also 2 x BBQ's (1 x gas / 1 x charcoal) for all catering requirements. The WIFI internet is superfast fibre optic and the TV system offers Netflix / Amazon etc. Full UK Sky is also available, along with box sets and a large movie catalogue. The living area also features a Sonos music system.
