This magnificent villa is located in Sant Rafael, just a few kilometres from Ibiza Town and strategically located to the island's countless beaches and clubs. The typical Ibizan decor of the house can be found throughout the house, making it the ideal place for unforgettable stays.

The pool area and the large covered terrace with barbecue make the outdoor areas suitable for both families and groups of friends.

The structure is spread over two levels, blending in perfectly with the surroundings. On the ground floor we find the large living room with fireplace, sofa with recliner and a large table. Also on the floor we find the dining area and fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, 1 courtesy bathroom with toilet and the first of the bedrooms with double bed, walk-in wardrobe and en suite bathroom with double sink and bathtub.

From the living room there is access to a terrace with a relaxation area and an additional dining table. Upstairs there are 4 more bedrooms, all with double beds. Two of the bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom with shower, while the other two share a bathroom with shower. All the bedrooms, except one, have access to a private terrace with spectacular views that stretch all the way to Dalt Vila.

The typical Ibizan decor of the house is found throughout the house, making it an ideal place for unforgettable stays. In front of the villa is the swimming pool with a covered terrace, which not only offers shady spots, but is also equipped with a dining table and a barbecue.

The villa is fully fenced and has an alarm system, hot/cold air conditioning, internal parking, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, a freezer and a wine cellar.
